Experiments - Sixteen Part Two - Review Responses

Firstly, blah blah... I apologize for how long it took to get this up. As this blog is titled, my muse does what it wants, when it wants. I actually had quite a bit of this typed for a long time, but finally decided to split this off from what I was writing to give you all something to read.

I had planned on continuing this chapter all the way up through the Fourth War, but realized it was getting a little too long... and cut it off at a good point. The next chapter, Sixteen Part Three, will focus on his activities during the war as a sixteen-year-old.

Until he turns seventeen, anyway.

For those of you who may have noticed some things about Neko/Matatabi - I've modeled her character mostly after Kuroko from the Index/Railgun series, if you know what that is. Otherwise part of her personality (the more mature, but still sensuous part) was also taken from Tsubasa of Bakemonogatari.

Review Responses:

"Open your heart to me!" - It is a variation of what Kyuubi said in canon, I wanted the same statement to be made, though the purpose behind it will obviously be much, much different from what it originally was.

Naruto x Yugito - It would be fun, but ugh - I have waaaaay to many other ideas bouncing around in my head in addition to this one.

Kyuubi/Neko x Wendy/Erza - Completely unintentional, but I can see how anyone would think that, now that it has been mentioned.

Young history - Yes, I wanted to keep the history of the Ninja World relatively 'fresh'. That meant there would be about 5 generations from the Sage to the founding of Konoha, plenty of time for him to be relevant but considered a 'myth', also giving plenty of time for the Senju and Uchiha clans to spread and grow. It's been another 4 generations since the founding of Konoha (if a generation is considered roughly 15-20 years), so that is nearly 10 generations that have passed since the Sage of Six Paths.


Generally speaking, I'm pleased to see that so many people believe this fic is one of the most original and realistic Naruto x FemKyuubi fics out there. It was my intent, so I'm happy to know that I've met with success, at least to a certain degree.
