First off - apologies once again for the delay. I live just outside Washington DC, and Hurricane/Cyclone Sandy hit here early Monday morning. While admittedly we didn't get the brunt of it, I live in an area where power was intermittent. We haven't had anymore issues since late Wednesday, but I have close friends who live near Atlantic City in Jersey so I went to help them out for a bit.
Needless to say, it is a mess there. Their neighborhood was lucky, all things considered - they escaped mostly unscathed minus any superficial damage that can easily be fixed. Their yard was a mess, so I helped them to clean up. Got back yesterday evening, and I remembered this morning that I should probably post the next chapter.
So again, sorry for sitting on this, but it was for a good cause.
Since we're getting close to the end, there isn't really much left I can answer that wasn't already either answered by this chapter or that may be obvious by the time I post the next chapter. Alas, without further ado:
Yagura - The answer as to how he was controlled should be made rather apparent in this chapter... if not, then it definitely will be by the next one.
Kyuubi attack? - Not anymore.
Tobo/Obito - Obito was saved this time, but Madara had already changed his plans because of Naruto's interference.
Anko and Obito? - *rubs chin in thought* Maybe.
Naruto's kids and Rinnegan - The magic 9 ball says - 'Highly Likely'.

ReplyDeleteI'd believe Naruto is dead, but I'm not that silly. Kurama nearby and I'm not going to discount kyubi chakra already in his system. Plus he's had innumerable time to do his old "Switch with Shadow-clone and pretend to be object" routine. Then again, Naruto keeling over dying, Mikoto getting the rinnegan through her fathers eyes and teaching her kids, and then Mini-Naruto being born? That would be kind of fitting to.

ReplyDeleteIt definitely won't be this Tuesday, sadly. Still putting the finishing touches on the chapter, and then I need to submit it for beta checking. Hopefully next Tuesday is the latest... if all goes well, I -might- be able to post it this weekend.
